As we are running a custom system here, let me know of any website issues anyone runs into.

Known issues:

  • Mobile version is... horrible. WIP.
  • Email verification email doesn't always come through - Braathen had to reset his email in his profile to get it to come through.

The email issue is specifically because the server host IP has been blacklisted in the past by email spam protection. While I got mine fine to gmail, some mail providers might reject the mail as spam. The fix for this could be paying for a server IP change (that could be a shot in the dark, however, as i do not think there is a way to guarantee the new ip isn't blacklisted)... I'll keep tabs on the email provider used to send emails. We may need to adjust the verification process in the future.

Would be nice for links to automatically be clickable, I don't remember what that's called, if they have the HTTP in front of the URL. Right now they just come through as text unless you manually hyperlink them.

Just released a round of changes for mobile optimizations, so it should be fairly usable on a phone now!

You are correct that the functionality for that is not currently there. It should be simple enough to add for the next update, good idea.

Just a minor complaint, but at the top of the topic is a "Create Topic" button. I keep clicking on that thinking it is a "Reply" button. No idea if this is something I should just get used to, or if a "Reply" button should be added next to the "Create Topic" button.

Released a small site update with the following:

  • Auto parsing of links as suggested by Vande
  • Added a Mark Forum as Read function (tied to the unread notification on the category list of forums) - Click the bubble to mark forum as read
  • Added a standard reply button at the top of the topic, moved the Create Topic button over as suggested by Cpl McCord

Other minor changes with styles and whatnot.

Feel free to keep posting feedback, especially when I start getting to the more in depth tools for unit management later on.

Some minor fixes:

  • Logged out (guest) topic viewing was broken with the last update, should work fine now.
  • Mobile styling has been tweaked a bit to make it cleaner
